Brf Klingan

Brf Klingan is a housing association where we ourselves served on the board. The association lacked a central place to collect and share information with members and apartment owners. The same questions came up again and again, from both residents and real estate agents, and there was no smooth way to communicate news, decisions, and documents.

We decided to build a website that could become the association's digital hub.

The goal was to gather all information that members, the board, and real estate agents need in one place. Contact details, bylaws, house rules, annual reports, meeting minutes, and board information. All structured and easy to find.

We built custom fault reporting channels depending on the type of problem. Residents can quickly report issues and be directed to the right contact. Forms for different matters make it easy to reach the board without having to search for email addresses or phone numbers.

A dedicated section for real estate agents with frequently asked questions, association information, and key figures. This saves time for both the board and the agents, and ensures the right information reaches buyers.

Brf Klingan got a website that dramatically reduced the number of repeated questions to the board. Members find information on their own, real estate agents get answers without having to call, and the board can communicate news and decisions to all residents in a smooth way.
