aBroker approached us with an existing website that needed a serious update. Their old site worked, but wasn't responsive and lacked modern functionality. Additionally, the technical stack was outdated and limited their ability to develop the website going forward.

The goal was clear - keep the brand feel and basic layout, but make the website modern, responsive and built on a future-proof technical foundation.

We respected aBroker's existing brand and showed restraint in our design changes. Instead of a total makeover, we focused on refining and modernizing what already worked.

We kept their color palette but adjusted shades for better contrast and accessibility. Existing images and graphic elements remained, but we gave them a fresher presentation through updated border-radius and more thoughtful spacing.

The technical lift was the heart of the project. We chose React with Astro as our foundation - a combination that gives us the best of both worlds: component-based development and lightning-fast performance.

One of the biggest advantages of the new stack was the ability to build a completely hostingless solution on Cloudflare. This means faster loading times, better security, and lower operating costs for the client.

We also solved technical problems that had existed for a long time - like broken anchor links outside the homepage and poor mobile adaptation.
