Parkteaterns Vänner
Website, logo, and color palette with news and blog system for internal and external communication, plus member pages with login.
The Challenge
Parkteaterns Vänner is a non-profit organization that supports and promotes theater. They needed a website that could present their events, ticket information, and news, while also serving as a platform for member communication with login and role-based content.
Our Approach
Brand Identity
We created a logo and color palette that reflects the organization's cultural profile. The brand needed to feel welcoming and serious at the same time, an organization with a long history and a living commitment to theater.
Website and News
The site was built in WordPress with a custom theme. Central to the site is a news and blog system that the organization uses for both internal and external communication. Events, ticket information, and current news are presented clearly so visitors can quickly find what they are looking for.
Member Pages with Login
We utilized WordPress built-in membership functionality but adapted it to the organization's needs. The standard roles were replaced with custom roles, and we built custom views depending on the logged-in user's role. Members see their own content, while board members and administrators have access to additional features and information.
Key Features
- Role-based member pages: Custom WordPress roles with different views depending on member type
- News and blog system: Internal and external communication in the same platform
- Event presentation: Clear display of upcoming events and ticket information
- Logo and branding: Visual identity reflecting the organization's cultural profile
- Easy administration: The organization manages content, news, and members on their own
The Result
Parkteaterns Vänner got a complete digital platform that brings everything together in one place. Members can log in and access exclusive content, visitors easily find information about events and tickets, and the organization has a smooth tool for communicating with their audience.
